Kick-off your project by creating a centralized repository to store and track project artifacts and communications. In this hands-on session, you'll build a SharePoint-based Project Management Information System (PMIS). - Module 2: Facilitating Project Team Collaboration
Still relying on email as your project collaboration tool? Learn how to greatly improve project collaboration with SharePoint features such as document libraries, calendars, tasks lists, and discussion boards, and by integrating with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. - Module 3: Running The Project—Tracking and Change Management
Project success depends on your ability to effectively monitor, analyze, and correct project status. In this session, you'll learn how tools in SharePoint coupled with Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools can help you manage projects efficiently. - Module 4: Project Reporting
Key performance indicators such as project schedule, budget, and scope are important metrics for stakeholders to understand project health. In this session, you'll learn how you can leverage visual indicators in SharePoint to create relevant project reports and dashboards.
